Job summary

The Arc of Cumberland & Perry Counties (CPARC) is seeking a Community Participation Instructor for the Community Fusion program in Mechanicsburg. The role supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a day program designed to foster active citizenship.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or its equivalent is required.
• Experience in working with people who have disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Must be physically able to care for participants with disabilities and must possess a valid PA drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants in activities of their choice, including community involvement.
• Support participants in a range of activities throughout the day as part of the Community Fusion program.
