Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to current and potential client populations to build understanding of community needs.
• Gather and document information from outreach activities to identify needs and opportunities for programming.
• Assist in developing wellness group topics, materials, structures, activities, and resources.
• Assist with planning, preparation, and implementation of wellness groups.
• Support wellness groups as a secondary facilitator and provide materials and activities.
