Job summary

CPLC Corazón is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to build relationships with referral sources and community partners, promoting the organization’s substance use treatment services. You will serve as a liaison between the program and the community, producing outreach activities and referrals to support census growth.

The role requires strong communication and networking skills, with a preference for bilingual Spanish speakers. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of outreach or community engagement experience.
• Associate’s degree with 4–6 years of outreach or community engagement experience.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.
• Experience designing and evaluating outreach strategies.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners to raise service awareness.
• Serve as liaison between the treatment program and community, promoting services and referrals.
• Establish professional relationships with hospitals, behavioral health providers, and agencies.
• Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase census growth.
• Conduct outreach visits, presentations, and networking events.
• Identify new referral opportunities and partnerships.
