Reach Out seeks an Outreach Specialist to collaborate with diverse networks and provide on-site community outreach in the Jurupa Valley area of California. The role involves delivering presentations, facilitating workshops, and developing partnerships with local agencies, schools, and organizations.

Responsibilities include culturally competent guidance, preparing reports, and representing the agency at events.

Qualificações

• Minimum of two years of community engagement experience.
• Fluent bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university required or preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct presentations, workshops, and events to increase community involvement.
• Provide accurate, culturally competent resources and referrals to community members.
• Prepare written materials and reports for supervisors and stakeholders.
• Represent the agency professionally in community-facing interactions.
• Attend community events, meetings, conferences, and workshops to promote program services.
