BrightStar Care of TX - Irving / Dallas Metro is seeking a proactive business development professional to build and sustain relationships with physicians, hospitals, and senior services. You will educate providers, coordinate referrals, and pursue new opportunities to expand the agency’s service area.

You will engage healthcare professionals and families, conduct outreach, and maintain accurate records while upholding HIPAA and privacy standards.

Qualificações

• Associates' degree or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Home Health or related experience.
• Ability to develop community relationships with Healthcare Providers and Senior Oriented Centers of Influence within assigned territory.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
• Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance.
• Must be able to pass Drug Test.
• Must have a clean Background Check.
• Must be available on weekends to accept calls.
• Home Health Care experience a plus.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively.
• Must adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians’ offices, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, and other potential referral sources.
• Educate healthcare professionals, patients, and families about the agency’s services and referral process.
• Conduct outreach through in-person visits, phone calls, emails, and community networking events.
• Identify new business opportunities within the assigned service area.
• Coordinate with the intake and clinical teams to support timely communication and referral follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, contacts, and follow-up needs.
• Meet established outreach and business development goals.
• Represent the agency professionally while following agency policies, confidentiality requirements, and applicable marketing guidelines.

• Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance

• Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
