JCCA seeks a dynamic Outreach Coordinator to expand awareness of programs, strengthen community partnerships, and develop referral opportunities across child welfare and behavioral health services in New York City, with a focus on the Bronx and Brooklyn.

The role emphasizes building relationships, connecting organizations to resources, and acting as an ambassador for JCCA across schools, healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years in community outreach, business development, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and project coordination skills.

Responsabilités

• Build community partnerships with schools, healthcare providers, government agencies, referral sources, and other stakeholders.
• Represent JCCA at community meetings, conferences, and public forums; conduct informational sessions.
• Identify opportunities to develop new partnerships and strengthen existing relationships.
• Monitor referral activity and community feedback to improve access to services.
• Maintain records of contacts, outreach activities, and partnership opportunities; prepare leadership updates.
