Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in community outreach, business development, or related nonprofit work.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, follow-through, and project coordination abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, healthcare providers, government agencies, referral sources, and other stakeholders.
• Represent JCCA at meetings, conferences, and events; conduct presentations to raise program awareness.
• Identify opportunities for new partnerships and strengthen existing ones; maintain ongoing partner communication.
• Support outreach to connect children, youth, and families with JCCA services; coordinate referrals.
• Promote services in collaboration with programs and communications teams; track outreach activities.
