Job summary

Fleet Feet Sports is seeking a Community Outreach Coordinator to connect with local running and fitness groups, plan events, and support in-store engagement. You’ll collaborate with store leadership and marketing teams to extend our reach and grow brand awareness in the community.

The role emphasizes relationship building, effective communication, and hands-on event execution to promote wellness and running culture. Ability to work flexible hours is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience in community outreach or event coordination preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work with varied stakeholders.
• Familiarity with retail operations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage local community partnerships and events to drive engagement and awareness.
• Support in-store customer engagement and education during events and daily floor operations.
• Coordinate with store leadership and marketing teams to align outreach with campaigns.
• Represent Fleet Feet at community activities and lead volunteer opportunities.
