Job summary

Prosperity Training Center is seeking a Community Liaison to expand our presence in Tulare and surrounding regions. The role focuses on student recruitment for CNA programs, managing social media content, and building partnerships with local businesses and organizations.

You will travel locally and regionally to represent the school at events, deliver outreach initiatives, and collaborate with admissions to generate leads, with a focus on measurable engagement and enrollment growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, outreach, or public relations.
• Strong social media and content creation skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to promote Prosperity Training Center and drive engagement.
• Create posts, photos, videos, and flyers for social channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations.
• Represent the school at community events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to raise awareness and enroll students.
• Collaborate with admissions to generate leads and support enrollment goals.
• Track outreach efforts and report on engagement and marketing performance.
• Travel locally and occasionally regionally to support outreach initiatives.
