Job summary

Prosperity Training Center Butte is seeking a Community Liaison to help grow student enrollment by informing prospective students and referral sources about educational services. The role requires strong written and verbal communication, problem solving, and teamwork to expand engagement and drive program initiatives.

The ideal candidate is passionate about connecting people with services, able to think creatively, and capable of following through on outreach initiatives to increase enrollment.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, public relations, or business preferred but not required.
• Ability to work late evenings and weekends as needed.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in marketing, business development, and content creation strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Public relations: collect and respond to student inquiries and convert them into enrolled students.
• Identify community partners and develop relationships; represent Prosperity Training Center to the community.
• Marketing: coordinate outreach with organizations, clubs, schools to raise awareness and lead internal marketing meetings.
• Customer service: help students understand enrollment policies and conduct.
• Development: build partnerships to increase enrollment and explore new business opportunities.
