Job summary

The Doe Fund Inc. in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Recruiter/Lab Technician for a full-time role. The position supports client intake, program orientation, and database entry across CARES and the TDF Database.

Qualifications

• Requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse populations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with email and two databases is essential.

Responsibilities

• Meet with new clients to explain program structure and expectations.
• Orient clients to surroundings, provide bedding and toiletries.
• Complete intake interviews and enter data into CARES and TDF databases.
• Create Independent Living Plans for new clients.
• Support house management duties and bed management.
