Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources to grow client referrals.
• Coordinate client intake from inquiry through start of services.
• Provide compassionate customer service to prospective clients and families.
• Track outreach activities and report results weekly.
• Collaborate with team to monitor goals related to client growth and referrals.
