Job summary

The Pro Bono Resource Center of Maryland, Inc. seeks a proactive Project Coordinator for the Home Preservation Project (HPP).

This role mixes intake, outreach, and administrative support to help low-income homeowners access free legal services, with a hybrid schedule and in-person clinics in Baltimore City and County. You will respond to inquiries, conduct client intakes, assist with scheduling, data entry (Salesforce), and coordinate community events, building relationships with organizations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of experience and demonstrated writing/communication skills.
• Experience with community-based organizations or outreach preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work with diverse communities and partners.

Responsibilities

• Handle and triage potential client inquiries.
• Conduct client intakes and registrations.
• Schedule and manage client flow and logistics at clinics.
• Data entry and document management, including Salesforce.
• Assist with reporting and outcomes tracking.
• Coordinate outreach to local organizations and promote HPP.
• Create and distribute promotional materials.
• Attend community events, including some evenings and Saturdays.
