Job summary

The Pro Bono Resource Center of Maryland, Inc. (PBRC) is seeking a collaborative Project Coordinator for the Home Preservation Project (HPP). The role focuses on intake, outreach, and logistical support to expand access to free legal help for low-income homeowners.

You will build relationships with community partners, schedule clinics, manage data in Salesforce, and assist with reporting while supporting the HPP Director and team. Flexibility for some evening events is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or combination with writing/communications skills.
• Experience working with community-based organizations.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Adobe; Canva is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle and triage potential client inquiries.
• Conduct client intakes and registration.
• Help schedule and manage client flow and logistics at the clinics.
• Assist with data entry and document management in paper and electronic systems (Salesforce).
• Assist with reporting and outcomes tracking.
• Provide administrative support for HPP Director and team members.
• Conduct outreach to local organizations to promote HPP’s services.
• Create and distribute promotional materials (flyers, brochures).
• Attend community events and clinics, including evenings and weekends.
