Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Central Territory is seeking a coordinator for Oak Creek Social Ministries. The role focuses on Pathway of Hope, Community Outreach, Food Pantry, Emergency Services, and seasonal programs, ensuring compliant, effective service delivery.

You will supervise volunteers, develop partnerships, and drive grant proposals while managing program budgets and outcomes to support families in the Oak Creek area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required in a related field.
• Two years' experience in program management.
• Experience in public relations, communications, nonprofit work and supervision.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Outreach Programs and Food Pantry operations; oversee daily activities.
• Supervise volunteers and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Develop budgets and pursue grant opportunities; monitor expenditures.
• Engage with community partners; represent The Salvation Army at events.
• Plan and execute community outreach activities and family programs.
