Job summary

The Salvation Army Oak Creek seeks a Coordinator of Social Ministries to lead Outreach Programs and Food Pantry operations in the Oak Creek area. You will connect clients with services, manage volunteers, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities include developing program plans, preparing grant proposals, and fostering community partnerships to meet client needs and drive effective service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Two years' experience with program management.
• Public relations, communications, nonprofit work and supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee Outreach Programs including Food Pantry and Community Care Ministries.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate program operations and services.
• Supervise volunteers and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Develop grant proposals and secure funding; monitor budgets and expenditures.
