Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and two years of experience in community work or related duties.
• Alternative: high school diploma or equivalent and six years of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education/experience with at least one year in described duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform direct in-person and remote outreach to diverse communities.
• Represent DSNY at public outreach events and meetings, including evenings and weekends.
• Track outreach outcomes and program metrics; respond to inquiries via phone and email.
