MTM is seeking a Community Outreach Advocate in Las Vegas to maintain relationships with facilities, clinics, clients and internal teams. You will lead outreach, trainings and meetings to advance market initiatives aligned with MTM goals.

Role involves two in-office days in Las Vegas and travel to community events, with focus on improving service delivery, self-service adoption, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years’ experience in customer service.
• 1+ year experience in training others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Manage facilities/clinics within assigned market to improve service and reduce complaints.
• Oversee interactions with facilities and organizations to increase self-service utilization.
• Create strategic outreach action plans based on market data.
• Present training materials and resource guides as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and contract requirements.
• Lead projects to completion with timely deliverables.
• Identify and report systemic issues for process improvements.
• Promote MTM self-service features to stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, town halls, and health fairs.
• Analyze reports to improve facility and stakeholder experience and contract compliance.
• Coordinate processes with on-site and corporate stakeholders for better coordination.
• Provide support for external stakeholders (clinicians, social workers, etc.).
• Assist implementations, acquisitions, and contract expansions as needed.
• Monitor accuracy and timeliness of deliverables for stakeholders.
• Train external stakeholders on processes and systems.
• Measure learner satisfaction and knowledge transfer after events.
• Evaluate outreach events to drive continual improvement.
• Support special projects as needed.
