Job summary

MTM Health in Las Vegas seeks a Community Outreach Advocate to manage facilities, clinics, and stakeholder relations. You will develop outreach strategies, present data-driven plans, and ensure contract compliance across markets, including in-person and virtual interactions.

You’ll travel to community events and spend 2 days in the Las Vegas office, delivering trainings and coordinating with internal teams to meet market goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• 2+ years’ experience in customer service.
• 1+ year experience in training others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of facilities/clinics and organizations within assigned market.
• Oversee interactions with facilities to improve service and reduce complaints.
• Create outreach action plans based on market data.
• Interact with facilities daily based on data.
• Develop presentations, training materials, and resource guides as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and contract requirements.
• Promote MTM self-service features to stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, town halls, training sessions and health events.
