Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. in Florida is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to work with the Community Outreach Manager to design and drive education, engagement, and outreach initiatives that raise awareness of BCOM programs and expand access to care.

You will build partnerships with local organizations, coordinate events and activities, and track outcomes to improve service reach while reflecting cultural diversity in the community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• At least two years of community outreach, community engagement, or healthcare-related experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating events, community partnerships, or outreach activities preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with culturally diverse communities and community-based organizations.
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
