• Provide high levels of service to customers and team.
• Hire, train, coach and manage team members.
• Assist in annual budget and community plans.
• Respond in emergencies when needed.
• Manage resident accounts and move-in orientations.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and vendors.
• Stay updated on industry trends.
• Contribute to engagement efforts.
• Perfom other duties as assigned by manager.
