Bell Partners Inc. is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Dallas, TX to support the Community Manager in the financial administration of the community.

You will post rental collections, make bank deposits, and oversee accounting functions for the community. The role also involves assisting with leasing staff, leadership duties in the absence of the Community Manager, and regular collaboration with regional leadership to improve performance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business or related field required.
• Strong collections experience and accounting/bookkeeping skills required.
• Onsite Rent Roll experience preferred.
• 1+ years of property management industry experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience and leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in financial administration of the community.
• Post rental collections, make bank deposits, oversee accounting functions.
• Meet regularly with Community Manager and Regional Manager to discuss performance.
• Conduct monthly market surveys and recommend pricing changes.
• Maintain and update resident lease files and reports.
• Process notices to vacate and manage delinquency/evictions.
