Job summary

Greystar seeks an experienced property manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned apartment community. You will lead on-site staff, ensure budgets are met, and coordinate leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction to drive occupancy and revenue.

Responsibilities include budgeting input, vendor management, inspections, and timely financial reporting, while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and lead the on-site team to meet budgeted goals.
• Oversee leasing, rent collections, and renewal processes.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage on-site maintenance and safety standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Assist in owner communications and monthly financial reporting.
