Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned apartment community in the United States. You will lead a team, manage budgets, lease operations, and vendor relationships to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

The role requires strong communication, budgeting, and leadership skills, with a focus on resident satisfaction and regulatory compliance. An on-site management presence and earning potential through bonuses accompany the base salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing and customer service to manage daily operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop budget(s) for the property by analyzing financial statements and market information.
• Set rent rates and ensure timely rent collection and posting; prepare monthly financial status reports.
• Approve invoices from vendors and manage payments while verifying certificates of insurance.
• Oversee leasing processes, inspections, notices, renewals, and occupancy targets.
• Respond to resident questions and service requests to promote satisfaction and retention.
• Lead maintenance staff and ensure safety, cleanliness, and property standards.
