Job summary

RPM Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee operations at an apartment community. You will lead staff, manage leasing and tenant relations, and ensure service excellence while maintaining budgets and reporting.

The role requires 3+ years in multi-family PM, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Onsite work with flexible hours, and opportunities for growth are provided by RPM Living.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years of relevant experience, or a combination.
• 3+ years of related multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Team player, professional, and effective communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead property staff; interview candidates and oversee onboarding and training.
• Drive performance, provide feedback, and manage disciplinary actions with HR.
• Train office staff on leasing paperwork and daily operations.
• Motivate teams through recognition and team-building activities.
• Assist in budget prep and adhere to approved budgets.
• Prepare month-end/year-end financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Enhance resident satisfaction and retention by addressing issues promptly.
• Collaborate with maintenance to meet service standards and responses.
• Analyze market trends and support marketing with leasing strategies.
• Follow eviction procedures when needed and manage owner relations.
