Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations at an apartment community. The role emphasizes resident relations, leadership, and professional service.

You will supervise staff, handle budgets and financial reporting, collaborate with maintenance and marketing, and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. A four-year degree or equivalent experience is required, with 3+ years in multi-family property management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads property staff, interviewing candidates and overseeing onboarding and training.
• Drive team to meet performance indicators and manage disciplinary actions with HR.
• Oversee leasing paperwork, safety, and daily operations.
• Motivate staff through recognition and team-building activities.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor monthly/annual reporting.
• Enhance resident satisfaction, respond to issues, and manage service requests.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely responses to resident needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high resident service standards.
• Analyze market trends and collaborate with marketing on leasing strategies.
• Follow eviction procedures when required and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Engage with owners, provide updates, and nurture positive relationships.
