Responsibilities

• Assist in directing and supervising leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff.
• Maintain knowledge of area competition and market surveys.
• Complete weekly activity reports and record rental/leasing information.
• Assist Community Manager with resident requests, renewals, and retention programs.
• Assist in reporting and recording all rents and delinquent payments.
• Provide required reports and perform other assigned tasks.
