Job summary

Envolve Community Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community to join Saddle Run Apartments in Lexington, KY. You will assist the Community Manager with daily on-site management and operations, and help with special projects and administrative tasks.

The position supports leasing, maintenance, and staff coordination, with responsibilities for rent collection, reporting, and renewal programs. Tax credits and HUD/Section 8 knowledge are preferred, and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel; familiarity with compliance documents.
• Understanding of tax credits and HUD/Section 8 is preferred.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service and team-building.
• Strong written and verbal communication; high attention to detail.
• 1–2 years of tax credit and property management experience required.
• Background screening and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff.
• Maintain knowledge of area competition and market surveys.
• Complete weekly activity reports and record rental and leasing information.
• Report, assign, and record resident requests.
• Support renewal and retention programs for residents.
• Collect, receip and record all rents.
• Collect delinquent rents and provide reports as required.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
