Job summary

The Townhomes at Newtown Crossing in Lexington, KY is seeking a part-time Community Assistant to support leasing, resident services, and property operations. You will conduct tours, manage inquiries, and help with move-in/move-out processes while upholding ACC standards.

Under the Resident Experience Manager, you will work flexible office shifts, including evenings, weekends, and on-call periods, and engage in marketing events and social media activities to attract prospective residents.

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate program must be in progress from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Close the sale by making appointments, giving tours, and following up with leads.
• Enter guest/contact information into Salesforce leasing system accurately.
• Plan and participate in orientation marketing, housing fairs, open houses, and other community events.
