Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Tucson, AZ seeks a leader to drive outreach, associate development, and adherence to policies across store operations. You will model customer service excellence, mentor hourly teammates, and implement company programs and safety measures to improve the guest experience.

You will collaborate with store leadership to meet sales goals, analyze financials, and foster a culture of belonging, integrity, and continuous improvement in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and participates in community outreach through associates and managers.
• Ensures compliance with policies, asset protection, and safety controls.
• Develops and implements plans to improve customer experience and financial performance.

Education
