Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking a Community Manager to lead daily operations, support resident experience, and uphold community standards in New Albany, OH.

You will own core processes, manage delinquency workflows, and partner with your Area Community Manager to execute priorities across the property.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or customer service management preferred.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage processes with accuracy.
• Customer service mindset with strong problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage resident accounts, collections, ledgers, check scanning, eviction proceedings and court appearances.
• Follow established processes and escalation paths to ensure timely resolution.
• Oversee the full resident lifecycle: applications, move-ins/move-outs, lease renewals, and retention efforts.
