Job summary

Cohere in Frisco is seeking a Community Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a large master-planned community, including governance, landscape maintenance, contracts, and resident communications.

The role rewards attention to detail, ownership, and collaboration with residents, boards, vendors, and internal partners to protect the community’s physical and financial health while delivering a responsive, well-managed living experience for residents and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in community association management or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area.
• Experience with budgets, governance, and vendor oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational needs of the community with attention to detail and ownership of outcomes.
• Coordinate maintenance with contractors and service providers and inspect assets.
• Manage governance, documentation, and architectural review processes.
• Balance budgets, financials, and vendor costs while ensuring compliance.
