Live Bryten is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Caroline Ralston Creek in Arvada, CO. The role supports the Community Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional resident service at a busy multifamily community.

Responsibilities include handling resident accounts, processing applications, coordinating maintenance, and supporting leasing and occupancy goals while upholding Fair Housing standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of residential leasing and/or property management experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and overall community performance.
• Manage resident accounts, rent collections, payments, and delinquency follow-up.
