UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to join the Community Oncology Program. The APP will deliver outpatient oncology/hematology care in collaboration with physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and support staff, supporting community oncologists across several specialties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of oncology and/or hematology experience required.
• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant program or NP/APRN education for clinical practice.
• Certification by NCCPA or APRN licensure with prescriptive authority is required.

Responsabilités

• Conducts comprehensive initial and ongoing physical examinations based on age and diagnosis.
• Synthesize data to develop and evaluate patient care plans, including labs and imaging.
• Provide education, counseling, and referrals to patients and families.
• Collaborates in research projects and applies evidence-based practices to patient care.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
