Qualifications

  • 5 years of oncology clinical experience with demonstrated leadership and administrative responsibilities.
  • Master's degree or higher in nursing or ARC-PA accredited PA program.
  • Licensure as APRN (Texas) and prescriptive authority; OR PA licensure with applicable authority.

Responsibilities

  • Provides direct and indirect management of 100+ APPs and APP leaders across inpatient and ambulatory sites.
  • Leads APP privileging onboarding, clinical practice, and utilization and quality improvement efforts.
  • Oversees APP compliance, practice standards, and operational performance; supports leadership growth and recruitment.
