GenoaBank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator in Sandusky, OH to be the primary contact for mortgage needs, including refinances and construction loans. You will collect documentation, lock rates, and ensure timely processing with compliance throughout the loan lifecycle.

The role emphasizes building relationships with customers, local Realtors, developers and accountants, while meeting lending targets and delivering exceptional service during business hours and weekends.

Formación

• Education: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or business preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years in banking experience with an established background in sales.
• Specialized Knowledge: Mortgage compliance regulations; NMLS knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Be the primary contact for customers seeking mortgages, refinances or construction loans.
• Assist customers in completing loan applications and gather required documentation.
• Follow Federal Reserve Compliance regulations during the application process and communicate rates clearly.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local clients, realtors and builders to secure future business.
• Attend pipeline meetings and coordinate with mortgage processing to ensure timely closings.
