Family Pride of Northeast Ohio, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Therapist to deliver mental health and SUD services across homes, schools, online, and community settings in Lake, Geauga, and Ashtabula Counties.

The ideal candidate will be compassionate, collaborative, and dedicated to helping individuals and families progress toward meaningful goals, while balancing a supportive environment with professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, master’s degree or Ph.D. in clinical counseling or social work from an accredited university.
• Licensed as a clinical counselor or social worker (LSW, LISW/LPC, LPCC).
• Excellent professional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive interpersonal relationships with diverse individuals, families, and team members.
• Effectively interpret and understand clients and identify a unique approach to treatment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a demonstrated capacity to address complex individual and family needs.
• Strong organizational skills and time management skills.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive mental health and SUD treatment and prevention services to clients and their families.
• Deliver services where clients are most comfortable—home, schools, online, community, and office settings.
