Family Pride of Northeast Ohio, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Therapist to provide mental health and substance use treatment across Lake, Geauga, and Ashtabula Counties, delivering services in home, schools, online, community, and office settings.

The role requires licensure as a clinical counselor or social worker and a compassionate, collaborative approach, with strong communication, problem solving, and commitment to confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or Ph.D. in clinical counseling or social work from an accredited university.
• Licensed as a clinical counselor or social worker (LSW, LISW/LPC, LPCC).
• Excellent professional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive interpersonal relationships with diverse individuals, families, and team members.
• Effectively interpret and understand clients and identify a unique approach to treatment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a demonstrated capacity to address complex individual and family needs.
• Strong organizational skills and time management skills.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
