Responsibilities

• Administer injections in the CSP and if necessary at patient homes.
• Chart all work done on behalf of the client.
• Coordinate medication lists in charts.
• Order supplies as needed.
• Communicate with CSP staff to ensure appropriate client treatment.
• Participate in planning and staffing as appropriate.
• Provide routine medical care under supervision related to mental health services.
• Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.
• Follow and comply with safety and housekeeping standards.
