The position requires GED or HS Diploma and at least 2 years of direct service experience, plus a valid driver's license for community-based work;

Qualifikationen

• GED or HS Diploma.
• 2 years of direct service experience with adults who have mental illness.
• Valid local driver's license and clean driving record; 50% of time in the community.

Aufgaben

• Deliver community support services to identified adults with mental illness.
• Establish productive relationships to promote IRP goals and updates.
• Provide interventions specified in the IRP and support during crises.
• Perform administrative duties and documentation in Credible by next business day.
