Trio-Community-Meals in Shreveport, LA, operated by Elior North America, is seeking an experienced cook to join a fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare meals, ensure quality and portion control, and contribute to creative presentation in a high-volume environment.

The role requires at least one year of culinary experience, knowledge of culinary methods, strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and customer service experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of culinary experience in a quality, high-volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and differentiate food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
