Job summary

CareSource seeks a Community Marketing Representative II to support enrollment and retention strategies across assigned regions in Kentucky. You will educate community organizations, serve as subject matter expert on lines of business, and collaborate with state agencies, health systems, providers, and community groups to promote available plans.

The role requires travel within the territory, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and strict adherence to marketing regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Account Management or Community Outreach and/or Social Delivery.
• Medicare, Medicaid and/or Commercial Health Insurance experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize an educational approach to community organizations to promote lines of business.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on all lines of business in the territory.
• Develop educational and enrollment opportunities with community and government agencies and health systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop engagement strategies and meet enrollment goals.
• Deliver staff presentations and market events following guidelines and regulations.
• Maintain CRM records with detailed activity and reports; drive membership growth through lead generation.
