Job summary

The role collaborates across departments to deliver timely resolutions, logs interactions for tracking, and educates brokers and members about CareSource plans, premiums, co-pays, and enrollment steps.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Three years of customer service or related experience required.
• Commercial insurance sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve pre and post enrollment broker issues to achieve first call resolution.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve member and broker escalations.
• Document broker interactions in databases for tracking and analysis.
• Troubleshoot escalated member issues and process overrides/rejections as needed.
• Educate members on CareSource exchange plans and assist with enrollment applications.
