Senior Helpers is seeking a full-time Marketer in Orange, CT to promote services locally. You will develop campaigns, manage advertising, and support brand awareness while building relationships with healthcare providers, senior centers, and community organizations.

You’ll create marketing materials, maintain the local office's social media and online presence, and track performance to report outcomes to leadership. Collaboration with office management and care teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with digital and traditional marketing; campaign planning.
• Ability to build relationships with referral sources and community partners.
• Content creation for marketing materials and online content.
• Data tracking and basic analytics to monitor campaigns.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; customer-service orientation.
• Experience in healthcare, senior services, or local marketing preferred; CRM familiarity; valid driver’s license for local travel.
• Education: associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications/Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
