Job summary

Frontline Source Group - Nationwide Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a Community Marketing Engagement Specialist in Albuquerque, NM. You will own the marketing function, from strategy to execution, and lead social media, content, and community outreach to tell the brand story and drive foot traffic.

You will develop engaging content, manage events, and build partnerships to position the brand as a community hub while measuring impact through KPIs and ROI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media management and content creation for a business, brand, or organization.
• Portfolio required showing follower growth, engagement, and campaign outcomes.
• Strong experience using Canva, Adobe, or similar design platforms.
• Working knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
• Comfortable shooting content on a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing end-to-end, from strategy to execution, for the local brand.
• Manage social accounts across platforms and post daily content.
• Plan and execute events plus seasonal promotions and in-store activities.
• Develop community partnerships and position the brand as a community hub.
• Create engaging content that drives foot traffic and repeat visits.
• Build reporting and KPIs to track engagement and campaign results.
