Job summary

Celtic Property Management LLC is seeking a seasoned Community Manager to lead Vineyard Estates, a HUD/LIHTC and Market Rate community. You will balance compliance, operations, occupancy, and team development while delivering excellent resident service.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of managerial experience, strong budgeting and reporting skills, and knowledge of HUD regulations, LIHTC, EIV, and MOR audits. Yardi experience and bilingual English/Spanish are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Vineyard Estates to maintain compliance, occupancy goals, and high-quality resident services.
• Develop and coach onsite teams to deliver excellent customer service and operational excellence.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and annual renewals.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and MOR/EIV audits while maintaining high occupancy.

Celtic Property Management is seeking a highly experienced Community Manager to lead Vineyard Estates, a community that includes HUD, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), and Market Rate housing. This position requires a confident leader who can balance compliance, operations, customer service, occupancy, and team development while maintaining the highest standards of excellence.

We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3–5 years of Community Manager experience.
• Extensive experience with HUD Section 8, LIHTC (Tax Credit), and Market Rate housing.
• Strong knowledge of:
• HUD regulations
• LIHTC compliance
• EIV
• MOR audits
• REAC inspections
• Federal Fair Housing requirements
• Proven experience leading and developing successful onsite teams.
• Strong budgeting, financial reporting, and occupancy management experience.
• Experience with resident recertifications, compliance, and annual renewals.
• Proficiency with Yardi is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
