Job summary

Celtic Property Management is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead Vineyard Estates, a HUD/LIHTC/Market Rate property. You will oversee compliance, operations, occupancy, and team development while delivering exceptional resident services.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in community management, deep knowledge of HUD Section 8, LIHTC and MOR/REAC processes, and strong budgeting and reporting skills. Yardi experience and bilingual English/Spanish are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5+ years of Community Manager experience.
• Extensive experience with HUD Section 8, LIHTC (Tax Credit), and Market Rate housing.
• Strong knowledge of HUD regulations, LIHTC compliance, EIV, MOR audits, REAC inspections, and Federal Fair Housing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite teams and drive occupancy and operational excellence.
• Maintain compliance with HUD/LIHTC and related programs and monitor annual renewals.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and occupancy management.

Celtic Property Management is seeking a highly experienced Community Manager to lead Vineyard Estates, a community that includes HUD, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), and Market Rate housing. This position requires a confident leader who can balance compliance, operations, customer service, occupancy, and team development while maintaining the highest standards of excellence.

We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3–5+ years of Community Manager experience.
• Extensive experience with HUD Section 8, LIHTC (Tax Credit), and Market Rate housing.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • HUD regulations
  • LIHTC compliance
  • EIV
  • MOR audits
  • REAC inspections
  • Federal Fair Housing requirements
• Proven experience leading and developing successful onsite teams.
• Strong budgeting, financial reporting, and occupancy management experience.
• Experience with resident recertifications, compliance, and annual renewals.
• Proficiency with Yardi is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
