Job summary

Arlington Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead a vibrant apartment community. You will drive leasing results, supervise the onsite team, manage budgets, and ensure superior resident service with strong compliance and ethics.

You’ll collaborate with regional and corporate support to execute market strategies, monitor occupancy trends, and maintain a culture of excellence across operations and service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience with team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations.
• Financial acumen with budget management and reporting.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi/RealPage/MRI).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the property including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Hire, train, coach, and mentor onsite team.
• Lead rent collection, budgets and reporting with precision.
• Monitor market trends and strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure Fair Housing and landlord-tenant compliance; adhere to policies.
• Foster resident satisfaction and retention through proactive service.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager and corporate support teams.
