Job summary

The Residences on McGinnis Ferry, part of Independence Realty Trust (IRT Living), is seeking a full-time Community Manager. Lead a on-site team to deliver resident services, drive occupancy, and manage budgets while upholding compliance and brand standards.

You will oversee leasing, property upkeep, vendor contracts, and staff development, with company-paid training in Tampa, FL. Competitive compensation and stock awards accompany a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of multi-family community management experience or 4+ years in a leadership role within a multi-family community.
• Experience managing a single community with 650+ units.
• Strong leadership, customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong planning, time management and deadline adherence.
• Skilled in analyzing rent rolls, financial reports, and payables/receivables.
• Proficient in MS Office; Entrata experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations.
• Valid driver's license required; ability to attend company-paid, multi-day training out of state.

Opportunity Overview:

As a Community Manager, you will be tasked with leading our community staff to achieve excellence, help our potential residents find their new dream home, and assuring our current residents never imagine leaving our community and the IRT family.

Your Day-To-Day:

What We're Looking For:
