IRT Living’s The Residences on McGinnis Ferry in Suwanee, GA is seeking an Apartment Leasing Consultant to welcome visitors, tour properties, and guide prospects to leasing decisions. You will manage applications and stay informed about community features, rents, and amenities.

You’ll close leases, build relationships, and help residents feel at home in a fast-paced environment. Company-paid training in Tampa supports your success.
